Prioritize National Interest Over Endless Intervention

America’s strength abroad begins with strength at home. For too long, Washington has sent billions overseas while neglecting core needs. Endless wars and open-ended foreign commitments have drained resources and cost lives without clear benefit.

It’s time for a foreign policy that puts American citizens first. That means ending open-ended military operations, demanding clear mission objectives, and ensuring that any use of force serves a direct national interest. We must also audit military aid and foreign assistance to ensure transparency and measurable results.

Putting
America First in Foreign Policy

Defend Sovereignty, Not Global Interests

American law must always come before international agreements or unelected global institutions. Whether it’s trade deals, health mandates, or environmental pacts, our leaders must ensure that U.S. citizens, not foreign bodies, set our priorities.

This doesn’t mean isolation, but it does mean caution. Global cooperation should serve American interests. We must carefully vet international commitments and ensure they don’t hand power to foreign entities or erode our constitutional rights.

Cut Dependence on Foreign Regimes

The United States should never be at the mercy of adversarial governments for energy, medicine, or critical goods. Relying on hostile or unstable nations like China for vital supply chains undermines both our economy and our security.

We must rebuild domestic manufacturing, bring home pharmaceutical production, and invest in strategic industries. Policies like reshoring tax incentives, Buy American requirements, and stronger anti-dumping enforcement will protect American jobs and reduce foreign leverage over our markets and infrastructure.

Fix a Broken Immigration System

America’s immigration system is slow, outdated, and unable to meet the needs of a modern nation. Legal pathways are often confusing and backlogged, leaving workers, families, and employers in limbo. Inconsistent enforcement and a lack of border integrity have eroded public confidence and put unnecessary strain on local communities.

We need a system that works. One that upholds the rule of law, secures our borders, and supports those who seek to come here legally. That means investing in efficient legal processing, simplifying eligibility requirements, and ensuring those who follow the process aren’t stuck waiting for years. It also means enforcing our laws consistently, including stronger measures to deter unlawful entry and disrupt drug & human trafficking operations.

Americans deserve an immigration policy that reflects both fairness and accountability. We can reduce illegal immigration and improve legal immigration at the same time, with clear rules, responsible oversight, and leadership that puts our country’s interests first.
